The BMOA Wheels of Dreams Youth Foundation College Scholarships are awarded to students who have attended the BMOA Wheels of Dreams Youth Foundation – Wheels of Dreams Bus Program. The four year $1,000 a year scholarships are awarded on the criteria of financial need, scholastic achievement and community volunteerism.
